Sheet 03

HSE, quality and conduct

Three short policies, signed by Remco, written for how we actually work: on your site, under your permit system, with your procedures.

EHS policy

We work under your permit-to-work, risk assessments and toolbox talks. Every engineer can stop the job. Nobody travels without valid certificates. Incidents and near misses are reported the same day.

Quality policy

The right engineer for the equipment, a written scope before we start, a daily report, test and calibration records, and a close-out report within five working days.

Code of conduct

No bribes or kickbacks, confidential information stays confidential, respect for everyone on site, honest timesheets and records. Part of every assignment agreement.

Certificates

For every engineer: offshore survival (OPITO/BOSIET or equivalent), MIST, offshore medical, VCA or the local equivalent, and OEM training where needed. We check them before the job and send copies before travel.

Sheet 04

How an assignment runs

From first e-mail to invoice. No account manager in between: you deal with the engineer who leads the job.

Request

Send the start date, estimated duration, scope, systems on site and location. Availability and an estimate the same working day.

Agreement

Telic assignment agreement, or your PO and terms. Day rates, travel time at actual hours, expenses at cost, weekly timesheets. NDA on request.

Mobilisation

We send certificates, medical and travel documents before travel. Usually on site within 3 to 7 days. Induction and permit-to-work as per your system.

Execution

A short daily report to your project lead: what was done, what we found, open points, plan for tomorrow. Calibration sheets, test records and datalogs are kept as we go.

Close-out

A service or commissioning report within five working days, with the open points listed. Then the invoice, with timesheets and expenses, on the terms in the agreement.

Sheet 05

Supplier registrations

We are registered in the supplier systems of Woodward, MTU and GE Vernova. Supplier questionnaires, vendor forms, NDAs and compliance portals: send them and we fill them in. If a compliance platform charges us a fee, it is named in the agreement, not hidden in the rate.

Questions from sourcing or compliance? Remco Petersen, remco.petersen@telic-engineering.nl, +31 6 51345316. Vendor forms usually go back within two working days.

Sheet 06

Documents

For your vendor file. Need the insurance certificate, the Chamber of Commerce extract or personnel certificates as well? One e-mail and you have them.

Need engineers on site?

Send the start date, estimated duration, scope, systems on site and location. You get availability and an estimate the same working day.
