Charge injection calculator
Calibration tool for piezoelectric accelerometer vibration monitoring. Convert a vibration level at running speed to the charge (pC) to inject with a Coulomb simulator, or the other way round.

Running Speed (1X): The rotational speed of the machine shaft. The 1X vibration component primarily reflects rotor unbalance. Enter in RPM or Hz.
Frequency Divisor (RPM:Hz): The ratio between shaft RPM and injection frequency for the monitoring system. Example: 3000 RPM ÷ 60 = 50 Hz. The 1X frequency for the Coulomb simulator is always RPM ÷ 60.
Charge output: Result is peak pC (not peak-to-peak). This is the standard for piezoelectric accelerometer charge injection calibration.
pC = (velocity [mm/s] × 2π × f [Hz] × sensitivity [pC/g]) / 9810
