When you contact us. If you e-mail, call or send a WhatsApp message, we receive your name, contact details and what you write. We use this only to answer you and, if we work together, to prepare and carry out the agreement and for our administration. We keep it as long as needed for that, and invoices and agreements for the 7 years Dutch tax law requires. WhatsApp is a service of Meta; if you prefer not to use it, e-mail or phone works just as well.
Visit statistics. We count visits with Umami, to see which pages are read and where visitors come from (for example LinkedIn or a search engine). Umami uses no cookies and collects no data that identifies you. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Server logs. Like every web server, ours records technical data about each request (IP address, page, time, browser). We use this only for security and fault finding, and delete it after about two weeks.
Fonts and links. The fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google for them. Links to LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other sites take you to services with their own privacy rules.
We do not sell or share your data for marketing, use advertising or tracking cookies, or build profiles of visitors.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you; send an e-mail and we answer within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
